				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><i>Substantial Growth of Independent Startup Publications since the Company&#8217;s MagCast Launch</i><b> </b><i>One Year Ago</i></p>
<p>New York, NY, June 10, 2013,  30DC, Inc. (OTC: TDCH), a provider of web-based tools for the monetization of digital content, today announced that our management believes recently published  data on  market growth and dynamics indicate a highly-favorable environment for 30DC’s MagCast Publishing Platform and reflects the vast opportunity for our customers to grow their individual digital media businesses.  In a  <a href="http://www.apple.com/pr/library/2013/05/16Apples-App-Store-Marks-Historic-50-Billionth-Download.html">press release</a> issued by Apple, Inc on May 16, 2013, Apple made a couple of astounding announcements, most notably that it just surpassed its 50 billionth App download since the App Store opened in July of 2008, and that Apple had paid out over nine billion dollars to iOS developers. While the App Store opened with 500 apps, it now offers more than 850,000, with this number increasing regularly. Apple customers download apps through their iTunes accounts at a rate of more than 800 apps per second from the App Store which equates to more than two billion apps per month.  On average, iTunes users are currently spending at the rate of $40/year, with iOS recently surpassing 500 million users. This equates to a $20 billion dollar market which, according to Horace Dediu, an <a href="http://www.asymco.com/2013/05/12/user-spend-on-itunes/">industry analyst</a> focused on mobile, is growing at a 35% annual rate.</p>
<p>One key to Apple&#8217;s success in marketing Apps is the fact that immediately upon a consumer purchasing a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod,  registers a credit card to cover any purchases made on iTunes or in the App Store. Apple makes it easy to make purchases on the App Store using a mobile device and most Apps are sold at modest prices within the reach of customers of all demographics. Users are ready to start buying with one simple click and the entry of a password, which, for a lot of consumers leads to instantaneous purchasing.</p>
<p>In the fall of 2011, Apple decided to expand upon the iTunes/App Store&#8217;s firmly established &#8220;ecosystem&#8221; by launching Newsstand, Apple&#8217;s marketplace for digital media subscriptions. 30DC management believes that Newsstand has the potential to do for digital media what iTunes did for music. Apple Newsstand is a special category within the iOS App Store that appears as a folder on the device&#8217;s home screen and funnels all digital magazine and newspaper app subscriptions into a single location &#8211; the Newsstand folder. It provides easy access to these apps, and automatically updates them in the background when new issues are released. Most of all, Newsstand includes a built-in store for purchasing all forms of digital content on a &#8220;one off&#8221; or subscription basis. All purchased titles are then displayed individually on Newsstand’s virtual bookshelf.</p>

<p><i>Apple Newsstand and the Huge Market Opportunity</i></p>
<p>While Newsstand is in the early stages of its growth, digital magazine sales have increased 407% since Newsstand&#8217;s debut in the fall of 2011, based on a <a href="http://blog.appannie.com/commercial-opportunities-on-apples-newsstand/">recent report</a> by app analytics firm App Annie.  Despite this impressive growth, there are still just 7,000 Newsstand apps versus 850,000 in the App Store, and the vast majority of these Newsstand apps are digital replicas of print editions of existing publications.</p>
<p>According to  30DC CEO, Ed Dale “the door is wide open and that substantial <a href="http://www.magcasting.co/">market opportunity</a> exists for independent niche content creators, website owners, bloggers, writers, and journalists who are seeking market leadership and influence in a reasonably low-competition environment. The potential &#8211; to reach 500 million iOS customers, all available to potentially make purchases in less than two seconds &#8211; is enormous. 30DC is currently the only company in the world with a complete system for creating business opportunities on Apple Newsstand.”</p>

(OTC: TDCH), a provider of web-based tools for the monetization of digital content, today announced that it has launched a new corporate website. The website address (<a href="www.30dcinc.com">www.30dcinc.com</a>) has not changed; however, visitors will find that the website incorporates a fresh, clean look, and expands the amount of available information on the Company including information pertaining to the Company&#8217;s current business model and corporate strategy.</p>
<p>2012 was a year of significant progress for 30DC, which included the development, launch, and eventual full acquisition of the MagCast platform and the Market ProMax online marketing system. Management believes the Company&#8217;s Market ProMax unit, acquired at the end of last year, has the potential to be an important part of the company’s growth expanding the company&#8217;s product portfolio and creating new business opportunities for our customers developing and marketing digital products.</p>

<p>We have created a new experience for readers opening a MagCast for the first time in Newsstand, which works differently than other areas of the Apple App Store. The new design is intended to provide greater ease for MagCast magazine readers in downloading their first issue and we believe this will lead to an increase in downloads and subsequent subscriptions.</p>
<p>* Ability to Clip and Share Pages</p>
<p>One of the biggest criticisms of magazines on Newsstand has been the inability to &#8220;clip&#8221; and save items (similar to cutting out articles and pasting them in a scrapbook).</p>
<p>MagCast version 3 includes a new feature enabling readers to &#8220;clip&#8221; excerpts of a magazine page and share them with their friends on Facebook and Twitter using the new iOS 6 system implementation. Magazine readers can now access Facebook and Twitter by clicking a button in App while remaining in the flow of reading their MagCast, rather than having to disconnect to access these services.</p>
<p>In addition, readers will be able to share these clips on Pinterest and Evernote. We think readers are going to enjoy having the ability to clip content from their MagCast to save, store and share.</p>
<p>Further, MagCast publishers will be provided greater exposure and the advantage of link building directly to their Newsstand landing page.</p>
<p>* Facebook Advertisement Tracking</p>
<p>Late last year, Facebook introduced the ability for advertisers to select which device their ads would run on. This has great potential for MagCasters as they can now target advertising to iPad users of Facebook only &#8211; saving wasted clicks on people who could not take advantage of MagCast.</p>
<p>MagCast, version 3, enhances the ability to reach the right audience, such as the dog magazine publisher targeting dog lovers who are looking at Facebook on their iPads.</p>

<p>Video sells, and we believe that the ability for MagCasters to sell and promote their magazines with video will be yet another way to expand readership. (OTC: TDCH), a provider of web-based tools for the monetization of digital content and 50% joint venture owner of the rapidly growing MagCast Publishing Platform announced today it has acquired the remaining 50% of the MagCast platform from Netbloo Media Ltd together with the outright purchase of the Market ProMax online marketing platform in an all-stock transaction.</p>

<p>The MagCast joint venture was formed in May of 2012 between 30DC and Netbloo to develop and market a publishing platform to publish digital magazines on Apple Corporation&#8217;s Apple Newsstand.Â  Market ProMax is an online marketing platform that allows for the development and distribution of digital products without requiring any programming or technical skills.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Under the terms of the agreement 30DC will book 100% of all MagCast Sales and license fee revenue since October 1<sup>st</sup> 2012, and will be responsible for all related costs as of that date. 30DC will also bring to account all monthly subscription revenue from Market ProMax since October 1, 2012.</p>

<p>30DC has acquired Netbloo&#8217;s interest in the MagCast joint venture and the Market ProMax business, in exchange for 13,487,363 shares in 30DC. The acquisition includes all assets required or used to operate the MagCast Publishing Platform, all new business projects currently in development. Intangible property includes websites and domain names, blogs, social media sites, files and source code, software, trademarks, trade names, brand names, goodwill, customer lists, e-mail and any other contact lists, operating manuals, technology plans, applications, contracts, warranties, leases, rights, and all the assets constituting the Market ProMax business.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>New York, NY, December 3, 2012, 30DC, Inc. (OTC: TDCH), a provider of web-based tools for the monetization of digital content, today announced that it has officially launched its MagCast â€œPartner Programâ€œ following the signing of its initial 20 members.</p>
<p>The Partner Program allows qualified MagCast members &#8211; also called MagCasters &#8211; to market the MagCast Digital Publishing Platform (MagCastÂ) in their specialized market segment and receive an affiliate sales commission for new customer sales. At this stage, eligibility is limited to MagCasters who have published at least one magazine. As part of its broader business development plans, 30DC will be announcing further MagCast marketing initiatives at a later date. The company is also open to discussions about potential, key strategic partnerships with businesses that have complementary audiences.</p>
<p>Under the Partner Program, MagCasters will earn a 30% monthly commission on new customer fees (currently $297 per month). In discussing the program, 30DC CEO Ed Dale said, &#8220;We wanted our existing MagCasters to be the first ones to offer MagCast. They have worked with the product intensively, and therefore we believe they can promote its effectiveness, versatility and ease of use. MagCast is a premium product and it&#8217;s important that partners meet strict quality criteria.&#8221;</p>
<p>Mr. Dale elaborated further in saying, &#8220;We&#8217;re really excited to spread the word on MagCast through our partners. We believe we can spread the word much faster through an outside network of partners rather than an in-house sales team. Furthermore as partners introduce new MagCasters, those new MagCasters in turn bring new MagCasters and the network has the potential for rapid viral expansion to levels well beyond the current 1,200 users and 175+ magazines.</p>
<p>To date, 30DC has focused MagCast on the Internet marketing and business opportunity industry vertical with the majority of sales coming from that market segment.
